Lake George Basin-wide Survey

This survey is being conducted as part of an extensive undertaking, the end result of which will be incorporated into establishment of a program of actions and initiatives that will enhance and improve the water quality and natural resources of the Lake George Basin

The survey is being made available throughout the Lake George Basin.  The survey is being disseminated by various means, including direct mail, duplication and distribution to various public venues, such as public, libraries, town halls, and lake associated institutions.

Respondents are requested to complete only one copy of the survey, as thoroughly as possible.
